Absolutely wonderful stay!

This hotel perfectly blends luxury with nature. I saw monkeys and sloths right on the hotel. Breakfast started early and had a large variety. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach and the national park. The staff were really good daily for all guests.
The water pressure was a little low, made rinsing my hair a bit difficult.

The included breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially loved the fresh fruits and unbeatable views while dining. The Galeria served amazing food, and the server was knowledgeable about the wines offered.

The pools had amazing views and were very relaxing. The hotel has its own monkey hiking trail, it was so much fun to explore. There is also a beautiful playing daycare area for kids. They really enjoyed this!

Upon arrival, I felt so welcomed and every section was clearly explained. The staff delivered really good service and maintained a warm atmosphere. One server remembered my dietary preferences from the night before, a very personal touch.

The location seamlessly blends the natural beauty of the jungle with the comfort of luxury. I was surrounded by lush forest and wildlife. It is a short walk to get to the park entrance. I recommend bringing a backpack.

The multiple pools were very enjoyable. I found the service in the restaurants to be really good. I appreciated the food options. The staff went out of their way to assist me. There was a complimentary shuttle service to the beach that I used daily.
